My experience spans beyond the construction side of the industry to leading the development of software tools designed to enhance the operational capabilities of general contractors, enabling them to execute projects more efficiently.

Currently I am a Product Manager at EquipmentShare, a construction technology company specializing in digital twin technology for construction equipment rental and fleet management. At Avvir, a leading construction technology company specializing in point cloud processing and leveraging machine learning for QA on construction coordination models, I served as Product Manager. In this role, I led the development and enhancement of Avvir’s external user web-based platform, empowering users to upload their construction coordination documents and utilize our automated quality control, scheduling, and budget review tools.
My tenure at Avvir spanned from the late Series B stage through to our successful acquisition by Hexagon, the global leader in digital reality solutions, software, and autonomous technologies in the construction space. As Product Manager, I was at the forefront of driving product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that our platform met the evolving needs of our users and maintained a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
Product Development and Management: Directed the end-to-end product lifecycle for the external user platform, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer support, to deliver a high-quality product that exceeded user expectations.

During my tenure at Lendlease, a global real estate developer and one of America's largest construction and development firms, I held the role of VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Technical Manager and Product Owner. My primary responsibility was to coordinate partnerships and execute pilot programs with some of the most cutting-edge startups in the construction technology space.
Lendlease is renowned for its ability to deliver some of the most complex and tallest skyscrapers in New York City. In my role, I played a pivotal part in helping Lendlease leverage digital technology to maintain its reputation as an innovative and efficient builder within the highly competitive New York development market.
As VDC Technical Manager, I led the implementation of advanced VDC processes, integrating state-of-the-art technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), augmented reality (AR), and digital twin solutions. I managed the development and deployment of these technologies across multiple high-profile projects, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing their potential to enhance project outcomes.
In my capacity as Product Owner, I was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and partnering with leading-edge startups in the construction technology sector. I coordinated pilot programs to test and validate new solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their successful adoption. This involved overseeing the development of project-specific workflows, providing training and support, and continuously monitoring performance to drive continuous improvement.
My efforts resulted in significant advancements in project efficiency, accuracy, and coordination. At WeWork, I served as an International Digital Construction Technology Specialist, traveling globally to implement innovative digital construction technology practices. My primary focus was to drive efficiency and enhance productivity within the real estate and construction wing of the business.
In this role, I leveraged cutting-edge technology to address and solve long-standing issues in the construction industry. This involved integrating advanced software solutions, employing data analytics, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) to streamline project workflows and improve coordination among diverse project teams.
I was responsible for training and supporting local teams in adopting these new technologies, ensuring seamless implementation and sustained usage. My efforts led to significant improvements in project delivery times, cost management, and overall quality of construction.
Additionally, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to identify and address inefficiencies. By fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, I contributed to WeWork’s mission of transforming workspaces through smarter, technology-driven construction practices. My work not only enhanced operational efficiency but also helped position WeWork as a leader in digital construction innovation.
EllisDon
At EllisDon, one of Canada's largest general contractors, I held the role of Digital BIM Construction Coordinator. During my tenure, I led digital Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination efforts and laser scanning documentation for the revitalization of Toronto's Union Station, the busiest commuter hub in Canada. This project was Canada's largest Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and one of the most complex construction undertakings of its time.
In this capacity, I spearheaded the integration of advanced BIM technologies to enhance coordination and collaboration among diverse project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors. I was responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models, facilitating clash detection, and ensuring seamless communication across all project phases.
My role also involved extensive use of laser scanning technology to capture precise as-built conditions, providing accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the construction process. This enabled effective decision-making and minimized project delays and rework.
Through my leadership, the project achieved significant milestones in efficiency, accuracy, and overall project management. My efforts were instrumental in navigating the complexities of the Union Station revitalization, ensuring the project met its ambitious goals and set new standards for future infrastructure projects.
